MBA 5009 - Operations and Supply Chain Management

This course is designed to help students understand how the operations function-in both service and manufacturing industries-works with other functions to support the business strategy and add value to an organization by: providing superior products and services to its customers, improving the competitive positioning of the company, and supporting financial objectives.
