MKTG 5310 - New Product Development3 credit hours This course provides students with insights on how to develop and launch new market offerings (products, services, etc.) in a sustainable and ethical way. It addresses the entire new product development process within the context of a strategic marketing framework that relies on technological advances to enable the process. Topics include new product development strategy, idea generation and evaluation, organization and design, time-to-market, design and development team management, forecasting for new products, market entry decisions, and marketing launch strategy.
