ORGL 4900 - Leadership Capstone Course

This capstone course is the culminating synthesizing experience in the Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership program. Here, students reflect on their learning as well as their practical and professional organizational and leadership skills. They will complete development of a digital portfolio for program review, one that demonstrates application of learning as well as an ethical, social justice oriented personal leadership philosophy.
