ORGL 4020 - Leading Organizational Change5 credit hours Students will investigate the theory and practice of organizational development and change and examine assumptions, strategies, models, and intervention techniques for organizational development and change processes. Students will also study the formation of collaborative relationships, overcoming resistance, gaining commitment and realigning culture.
