ORGL 3050 - Financial Management5 credit hours This course will examine “the language of business” and provide an overview of key accounting and financial information that will assist leaders in making sound business decisions based on standard financial analysis methods. The leader’s role in financial management will be examined. Students will learn how to read and use financial data and statements in order to develop systems for budget creation and control, profit forecasting, and long range development.
