PUBA 4670 - Strategic Planning for Public and Nonprofit Organizations

Students will explore the leadership and management skills needed for effective facilitation of a planning process. Topics include strategic business and social enterprise planning by combining lectures, discussions, in class exercises, readings, participatory class assignments, and guest presentations. Satisfies Nonprofit Leadership Policy Pathway option.
