NURS 3205 - Pathophysiology5 credit hours A conceptual approach to alterations in structure and function resulting from stressors on the human body. Course will review the cellular and molecular basis of these alterations. The course will examine pathophysiologic mechanisms of disease such as inflammation, genetic alterations, immune responses, and alteration in the functions of body systems.
Registration Restriction(s): Majors only. Prerequisite Course(s): All course prerequisites for nursing program.
