MATH 3000 - Introduction to Advanced Mathematics

5 credit hours
Logic and proofs; quantifiers; basic notions of set theory; induction, Cartesian products and relations; equivalence relations; functions; cardinality. Recommended to take MATH 3001 concurrently.

Prerequisite Course(s): a grade of C- or better in MATH 1336
