ANTH 3610 - Culture, Ecology and Geography5 credit hours This course explores the cultural and ecological aspects of the relationship between human beings and their physical environments. Special attention is given to case studies of human- environment interactions in the Pacific Northwest, including indigenous (Native) relationships with the natural environment and contemporary discussions of sustainability, consumption, environmental education, ethics, food and agriculture.
