MBA 5225 - Delivering Growth

The focus of this course is on expanding the business using quantitative tools. This course will primarily examine financial decisions and the ethical use of financial control systems in the presence of uncertainty (risk/return), imperfect information, and conflicting incentives among stakeholders. Additionally, students will be introduced to inventory/process logistics and the managements of information technology. The PMBA core courses are open only to students in the PMBA program.
