PUBM 5530 - Disasters and Fiascoes: Learning from Leadership Failures

3 credit hours
This advanced graduate seminar examines why public leaders may act contrary to reason and self-interest. Cases involving natural, industrial, and terrorist disasters will be studied. Students will explore historic and contemporary examples of leadership failures and subsequent lessons learned. Elective.
