MKTG 5325 - Sales Management3 credit hours Formerly - MKTG 558 Explores management of the sales component of an organization’s marketing pro-gram. Utilizes a managerial approach and emphasizes developing an understanding of basic marketing concepts, interrelationships among sales force management, and other areas of business, developing appropriate strategy for managing a sales force, and resolving often-conflicting strategic objectives.
Prerequisite Course: MBA 5080 or both MBA 5210 and MBA 5220; or other evidence as determined by the marketing department chair
