This is the second of a two-course sequence required for students admitted to the graduate certificate program. This second course challenges students to put learning into practice within a business and/or social justice framework. While studying advanced leadership skills in seminar activities, students conduct a leadership project in which they identify a need, set direction, align and motivate others, and achieve goals set in the course.
