EMBA 5310 - Statistical Modeling for Executives

2 credit hours

The goal of this course is to equip students with a palette of tools–selected from the fields of operations research and statistics–to formulate and solve complex decision-making problems.   Tools include:  decision trees, linear and non-linear programming, simulation and regression analysis.   Students work on problems such as project selection under budgetary constraints, break-even analysis, sales forecasting and facility location.
