MUSC 415 - Applied Lessons - Strings

All applied lessons in the area of violin, viola, cello and bass will involve intensive private study of the technique and repertoire of the student’s principal instrument. Specific requirements in applied lessons are defined by the departmental faculty and the applied instructor. Students perform a half-hour solo recital in the junior year and a one-hour solo recital in the senior year. Junior and senior Bachelor of Music majors only.
