Requirements

In order to earn a minor in Theology and Religious Studies, students must complete 30 credits in theology and religious studies with a grade point average of 2.00, including:

UCOR 2100 - Theological Explorations 5 credit hours
UCOR 3100 - Religion in a Global Context 5 credit hours ^*

Complete two from the following:

THRS 2400 - Methods in Theology and Religious Studies 5 credit hours
THRS 4080 - Interpreting Sacred Texts 5 credit hours
THRS 4300 - Major Themes and Thinkers in Christian Theology 5 credit hours
THRS 4500 - Advanced Religious Studies 5 credit hours

Electives (10)

Complete 10 additional credits of THRS courses

NOTES:

*UCOR 3100 is required for the minor even if waived per Core policy as a Core requirement.
