Theatre Performance Minor

Requirements

In order to earn a minor in theatre performance, students must complete 30 credits in theatre with a grade point average of 2.00, including:

THTR 2500 - Acting I 5 credit hours
THTR 2700 - Theatre as Social Change 5 credit hours
THTR 4000 - Performance/Production Practicum 1 to 5 credit hours (3)
THTR Electives chosen in consultation with a theatre advisor. May include additional THTR 4000 credit. (7)

Choose two of the following courses:

THTR 2110 - Theatre History and Literature I 5 credit hours
THTR 2200 - Theatre for Young Audiences 5 credit hours
THTR 2300 - Script Analysis 5 credit hours
THTR 2600 - Design in the Theatre 5 credit hours

NOTES:

Interdisciplinary arts and theatre majors may not earn a minor in theatre performance.
