Marketing Minor


Requirements


To earn a minor in marketing, students must complete 30 credits with a grade point average of 2.00, including:

NOTES:


  1. Courses used toward a minor in marketing are subject to the same grade minimums as those in a marketing major.
  2. A minimum of 4 MKTG courses is required for this minor.
  3. MKTG 3500 - Introduction to Marketing  is a prerequisite for all other 3000-4000-level MKTG courses.
  4. Any substitutions outside of the listed Elective options, from Albers or another College or School, requires written permission from Marketing Department Chair.
  5. Prerequisite for elective options MKTG 4510 - Marketing Research  and MKTG 4550 - Marketing Analytics  is ECON 3100 - Quantitative Methods and Applications  
  6. Certain courses may require additional prerequisites that are not required for the minor.
