Theatre, BA

The theatre program at Seattle University offers a rigorous and comprehensive theatre-making experience within the framework of a broad Jesuit liberal arts education. Students engage in an immersive theatre environment that instills a deep exploration of collaborative and socially responsive live performance. Our mission is to train a versatile theatre artist who brings intellectual curiosity and passion to their work, their life, and the world at large.

In order to earn the Bachelor of Arts with a major in Theatre, students must complete a minimum of 180 quarter credits, with a cumulative and a major/program grade point average of 2.00, including the following:

Courses used to satisfy the College of Arts and Sciences modern language requirement may not be used to fulfill major requirements.
