Graduate Certificates in Business
The graduate certificates in business are designed to allow working professionals to develop expertise and acquire a credential beyond their undergraduate degree. The certificate program allows students to:
- Specialize in new areas of business
- Update older information or degree
- Acquire added skills and credentials to increase their career opportunities
Course work for the certificate may be applied to other advanced graduate degrees if enrolled in those degree programs prior to completion of the certificate program.
Admission Requirements
Detailed admission requirements are listed below. Seattle University graduate students may also be eligible for the certificate programs. For more information, contact (206) 296-5700.
- A minimum of an undergraduate degree from an accredited institution
- Competency in statistics
- Scores from the GRE or GMAT exams taken within the last five years are optional except for those subject to the Three-Year Degree Policy (2004-04) and those who earned degrees from institutions issuing nongraded transcripts.
Requirements
Upon completion of the requirements for the Certificate in Accounting, students will have posted to their transcripts the entry, Certificate of Accounting and be issued a certificate.
