Requirements
In order to earn a minor in humanities, students must complete 30 credits of course work. Courses must be graded “C” or better to count towards the minor. Of the 30 required credits, 10 take place in Core: Inquiry Seminar in the Humanities and Humanities and Global Challenges. Courses in the humanities (HUMT) make up the other 20 credits. Students in the University Honors Program may count any two honors courses toward the humanities minor core. Students majoring in humanities, humanities for teaching, and humanities for leadership are not eligible for a minor in humanities. The electives may be any HUMT course offered with the exception of the following:
