I. Leadership Requirements

36 credits required, including:

EDLR 6000 - Educational Leadership Orientation 6 credit hours
EDLR 6050 - Empowering Leaders for Social Justice 3 credit hours
EDLR 6210 - Leader as Self I 3 credit hours
EDLR 6220 - Leader as Self II 3 credit hours
EDLR 6230 - Leader as Self III 3 credit hours
EDLR 6310 - Leader in Organizations I 3 credit hours
EDLR 6320 - Leader in Organizations II 3 credit hours
EDLR 6330 - Leader in Organizations III 3 credit hours

II. Inquiry and Research Requirements

30 credits required, including:

EDLR 6160 - Social Inquiry Methods 3 credit hours

EDLR 6190 - Participatory Approaches to Social Inquiry 3 credit hours
EDLR 6510 - Thematic Dissertation in Leadership Practice I 6 credit hours *
EDLR 6520 - Thematic Dissertation in Leadership Practice II 6 credit hours *
EDLR 6530 - Thematic Dissertation in Leadership Practice III 6 credit hours *

NOTE:

*Any student who earns a grade of B- or lower in EDLR 6510, 6520, or 6530 in any given quarter will be put on probation the following quarter and must successfully fulfill probation requirements that same following quarter to remain in the TDiLP project.

NOTE:

A grade of C or above is required in all courses with the exception of EDLR 6510, 6520, and 6530 in which a grade of B- or above is required. Students must maintain a GPA of B (3.00) or above.
