Certificate in Executive Leadership

Certificate Requirements:

Graduates of the Executive Leadership Program receive a graduate-level certificate from Seattle University upon successfully completing the program. The program awards 20 credits, equivalent to master-level course work. Credits are recognized by an official transcript and certificate issued by Seattle University. Effective collaboration with teams, both self-selected and program-assigned, must be demonstrated throughout the program(s).

• EXLR 5120 - Building Leadership Vision for a Global Commons 2 credit hours
• EXLR 5130 - Leadership Assessment and Coaching 1 credit hour
• EXLR 5140 - Leadership for a Just and Humane World 3 credit hours
• EXLR 5210 - Ethical Leadership 3 credit hours
• EXLR 5220 - Leading Responsible Organizations 3 credit hours
• EXLR 5230 - Leadership Synthesis and Discernment 4 credit hours
