University Honors Program students who have completed all four of the honors history courses (HONR 1210, 1230, 2210, 2220) may earn a history major by taking an additional 45 credits in history. These credits include HIST 2010, 2020, 4900, ten credits of 3000-level non-European history courses, and one five-credit 4000-level history research seminar.
Those wishing to complete the history major with departmental honors will, in addition, complete HIST 4790.
