Requirements

To earn a minor in economics, students must complete 30 credits of economics, including the following:

ECON 2130 - Principles of Economics - Macro
ECON 2110 - Principles of Economics - Micro
ECON 3130 - Global and Domestic Macroeconomics
ECON 3110 - Intermediate Microeconomics
ECON Electives 3000-4000 level (see advisor) (see course offerings ) (10)

NOTE:

1. Courses used toward a minor in economics are subject to the same grade minimums as those in an economics major. 2. ECON 4890 will not satisfy the upper division economics electives. 3. FINC 3430 will not count towards an economics minor. See policy for minors (84-1 ) for more information.
