Computer Science with a Specialization in Business, BS

Requirements
This bachelor of science degree with a major in computer science requires students to complete at least 180 quarter credits with both a cumulative grade point average and a major/specialization/department grade point average of 2.50 or better.

II. Major Requirements
69 credits in computer science, including: Notes:
- Independent study and internship courses (CPSC 3960, 4950, 4960, 4990) cannot be used to satisfy computer science electives.
- Students may take 5000-level CPSC electives to satisfy elective requirements with permission of chair. Up to ten credits of 5000-level CPSC electives may apply towards the Master of Science in Computer Science degree at Seattle University.
III. Business Specialization Requirements
30 credit hours in the Albers School of Business and Economics satisfying one of the following: (30)

15 credits including: Choose one of the following two courses:
NOTES:
- Each student must complete a business specialization in either accounting, business administration, economics finance, entrepreneurship and innovation or international business, by completing the courses specified by the Albers School of Business and Economics for these minors in the chosen area of specialization.
- Business specialization students must meet all prerequisites for courses taken and must be at least at junior standing when enrolled in 3000/4000 level courses from the Albers School of Business and Economics.
- Business courses are subject to the same grade minimums as for business administration majors.
- The total number of business credits, prerequisite plus required credit hours in business cannot exceed 24 percent of a student’s total credit hours (ECON 2100 , ECON 2130 , ECON 3100 do not count as business hours).
