English Minor

Requirements

In order to earn a minor in English, students must complete 30 credits in English, including:

ENGL 200 - Literary Studies
ENGL Electives (300-400 level) (see course offerings ) (15)

Choose two of the following three courses:

ENGL 252 - Readings in British Literature I
ENGL 253 - Readings in British Literature II
ENGL 254 - Readings in American Literature

NOTE:

Policy for University Honors Students

Graduates of the University Honors Program who have completed all five of the literature courses in that program may earn an English minor by completing at least 10 credits in English at the 300-400 level.
