Requirements


In order to earn the bachelor of arts in business administration degree with a major in finance, students must complete a minimum of 180 quarter credits with a cumulative and major/program grade point average of 2.25, including the following:

NOTE:


Students are advised to take the two finance major electives from FINC 441 , FINC 445 , FINC 446 , or FINC 448  if they plan to pursue a career in corporate finance; or from FINC 445 , FINC 446 , FINC 451 , or FINC 452  if they plan to pursue a career in investments. Internships and independent studies may not satisfy a major requirement.

Additional accounting and economics courses recommended.
