Electrical Engineering/Specialization in Computer Engineering, BSEE

Requirements


In order to earn the bachelor of science in electrical engineering degree with a specialization in computer engineering, students must complete a minimum of 180 quarter credits with cumulative and major/departmental grade point averages of 2.50 or greater. Courses must include the following:

I. Core Curriculum Requirements


Students majoring in electrical engineering with a specialization in computer engineering must complete a minimum of 50 credits in the core curriculum, including:

NOTE:


*Allowable electives consist of ECEGR and/or CPSC approved by the computer engineering program director. A list of these can be found in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Student Handbook. Electives must be selected to ensure that the student has the required 180 credits for graduation.
