CHEM 4600 - Advanced Enzymology5 credit hours
Advanced laboratory investigation of enzyme mechanisms driven by analysis of the primary literature. Emphasis on development of research skills and critical thinking through independent design and execution of an enzyme purification scheme and functional assay. Five hours of lab per week.
Prerequisite Course(s): CHEM 3600; CHEM 2600 or BIOL 2750
