ARTL 5949 - Introduction to Graduate Management Practicum

The Introduction to Practicum course prepares students for the practicum experience. This course covers the requirements for successful practicum work within the four options: organization, interview, project, and research. This includes learning how to identify and apply to an organization; how to contact and conduct interviews; how to set the size and scope of a project; and how to develop a process for academic research/writing. Through the practicums, students build on their coursework, gain valuable practicum experience, and develop relationships within the arts community. Required.
