NURS 5051 - Population Health Role Synthesis

This clinical course integrates and applies concepts from NURS 5031 and 5131 as well as concurrent courses NURS 6120 and 6020 to identify population outcomes. Students will use the principles of community/population engagement and assessment to complete an assessment of their proposed population of focus.
