ACCT 5325 - Communications for Accountants

This course prepares students for communications challenges inherent in accountingpractice. There are special challenges regarding communication between accountants and clients, whether written or oral. This course helps students develop techniques for delivering findings, positive or negative, without jeopardizing the relationship. It covers specialized writing for accountants including audit work paper and other accountingreports. Collaborative communicationand effectiveaccounting presentations are also addressed.
