NURS 5012 - Nursing Care of the Childbearing Family: Clinical

This clinical nursing course enables the student to explore and assess nursing strategies to promote health and reduce the risk of illness related to family development, reproduction and childbearing. Clinical experiences will allow the student to apply concepts and skills from theory and workshops in perinatal/neonatal settings involving childbearing families. (The clinical schedule may be altered in response to changes in public health recommendations and clinical experience availability).
