CHEM 4600 - Advanced Enzymology

Advanced laboratory investigation of enzyme mechanisms driven by analysis of the primary literature. Emphasis on development of research skills and critical thinking through independent design and execution of an enzyme purification scheme and functional assay. Five hours of lab per week.
