NURS 6253 - Public Health Nursing Practice II2 to 3 credit hours Formerly - NURS 5045 Integrates and applies public health nursing theory and public health science in a community health setting. Students will use the principles of public health functions and essential services to identify the activities at their clinical placement to meet the needs of at-risk populations served. Registration restrictions may be bypassed by the department with permission of instructor.
