CEEGR 5160 - Composite Materials

4 credit hours
Analysis, design and applications of laminated and chopped fiber reinforced composites. Micro- and macro-mechanical analysis of elastic constants, failure and environmental degradation. This is a fully online course. Students will need a reliable internet connection and a computer capable of recording and viewing audio and video and access to a web-based live meeting application. It is expected that students are proficient in the use of Seattle University’s Learning Management System, CANVAS. Registration restrictions may be bypassed by the department with permission of instructor.
