MLSC 302 - Leadership and Problem Solving II3 Students continue study in self-assessment, physical training, and map reading. Students learn land navigation and conduct practical exercises at Fort Lewis, WA, during day and limited visibility conditions. Students are introduced to small-unit tactics and are evaluated on planning and conducting small-unit tactical training. The course builds upon the student’s reasoning and problem-solving abilities by introducing stress and variables to the situation. Students learn the Combat Orders process and apply the process by giving written and oral orders. Students continue written self-assessments and receive verbal and written feedback from faculty and senior cadets. Prerequisites: MLSC 302, or by permission of Professor of Military Science
