CRJS 459 - Research Practicum

1 to 10
Hands-on experience conducting crime and justice-related research. Involvement in all phases of the research process ù literature review, research design, contacting agencies, data collection and analysis, and preparation of a paper for presentation at an academic and/or professional conference. Students may develop an original project or may assist a faculty member with ongoing research. CR/F grading mandatory. Prerequisites: CRJS 301 and 302, junior or senior standing, and instructor permission.
