CRJS 312 - Criminal Law5 Study of the criminal law processes from detention to appeal. State and federal rules of criminal procedure. Understanding of policies, due process, self-incrimination, search and seizure, right to counsel, and other constitutional issues. Required for all criminal justice majors. Prerequisite: CRJS 110.
