ART 105 - Freshman Seminar2 An introduction to arts practices. Course meets one time per week in the spring quarter and covers topics such as framing, photography techniques for art reproduction (analog and/or digital), use of ARTstor, an introduction to arts resources (material and supply sources, libraries, museums and galleries throughout the Puget Sound), general research techniques for writing art history papers, making studio arts projects and copyright laws.
