ACCT 5360 - IT Audit

IT Audit will provide the student with an overview of the IT Audit profession. The course learning objectives include: 1. Students will gain a robust understanding of the technology process, risks, and controls using the American Productivity Quality Center (APQC) framework. 2. Students will be able to effectively and efficiently plan, execute, and report on technology process, risks, and controls based primarily on the Institute of Internal Audit (IIA) Standards. 3. Students will experience “hands on” IT Audit work and spend time with experienced IT Auditors.
