SPEX 3220 - Principles of Resistance and Metabolic Training4 credit hours Formerly - SPEX 322 Provides the practical skills necessary to design strength and conditioning programs consistent with the current scientific literature on the anatomical, biomechanical, and physiological adaptation to exercise. Special emphasis is placed on the ability to prescribe appropriate exercise programs based on results from relevant tests of athletic performance and fitness.
