Basic concepts and theorems in probability theory; the binomial, Poisson, normal, and other fundamental probability distributions; moments; limit theorems. Cannot apply both MATH 2310 (formery MATH 244) and MATH 3411 (formerly MATH 351) toward a mathematics major.

Prerequisite Course(s): a grade of C or better in MATH 2330 (formerly MATH 232)
