HUMT 4400 - Ethical Reasoning and Leadership5 credit hours Formerly - HUMT 440 An investigation into contemporary debates over social justice through the study of applied moral theory and political philosophy. The course aims to give students analytical tools for assessing opposing viewpoints on a variety of topics. In recent years, these have included affirmative action, racial profiling, abortion, immigration, humanitarian intervention, and climate change.
