ANTH 2120 - Cultural Anthropology5 credit hours Formerly - ANTH 3110/301 In this course, students are introduced to basic concepts, methods, and applications of cultural anthropology. Ethnographic case studies demonstrate human cultures and encourage a culturally relative understanding of and appreciation for diverse societies and their values. Special attention is paid to how globalization impacts human cultures and how the work of anthropologists can be applied to solve contemporary social problems.
