COUN 5500 - Counseling and Case Management

4 credit hours
This course introduces the student to mental health and chemical dependency case management in community mental health clinics, substance abuse treatment centers, post-secondary, and school settings. The student will learn mental health and chemical dependency treatment planning, referral, community resource utilization, documentation, and chemical dependency specific confidentiality rules and regulations.
