ORGL 4900 - Leadership Capstone Course

5 credit hours
This capstone course is the culmination of the Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management, in which students reflect upon and integrate the practical organizational and leadership skills they have learned throughout the program as well as their personal leadership growth plan and apply them to the real world, developing a multi-faceted leadership plan to deal with a significant organizational problem. The plan should offer solutions to the practical, ethical, and social justice aspects of the issue.
