ORGL 4030 - Diversity in Organizations

This course examines the interpersonal patterns of selected ethnic groups, races and social classes in the U.S.; gender differences and considerations; cultural diversity in the workplace: understanding appropriate behaviors; and managing diversity in achieving the goals of the organization.
