ORGL 3000 - Understanding Organizations5 credit hours Formerly - ORGL 3020 This course reviews classical and emerging perspectives regarding organizational theory and focuses on improving the student’s effectiveness in organizational settings. Students will develop the skills necessary to understand and effectively address issues in such areas as organizational values, structure, psychology, and culture.
